Deepana are use to improve digestion
Basic Digestive Deepana
1 tsp fresh ginger
½ tsp fresh lemon juice
1-2 pinch black pepper
¼ tsp pink salt
You can also make a larger batch and store in the fridge.
Take one tsp 30 min before all meals until digestion and appetite improve.
1 tsp fresh ginger ( finely grated)
½ tsp fennel powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp lemon juice
Take one tsp. 30 minutes before all meals
