Like yoga, an Ayurveda diet is a practice that can be built and used for a lifetime. It inspires an integration of stewardship of your body and introduces you to the use of food as a therapeutic tool for healing. Foods' therapeutic value comes for its elemental composition and qualities. tThese qualities or gunas and properties enhance and promote correct health and vitality.

​Ayurvedic cooking also introduces you to the bioenergetics of food and which ones are best for you. My Ayurveda cooking class will give you the basic concepts of Ayurveda cooking, not just recipes. It will give you some great and simple recipes to begin your journey into Ayurveda. You do not need to know the complexities of Ayurveda to enjoy the benefits of Ayurveda cooking.

Ayurveda teaches us that bueaty is achieved by learning to balance the dosha through Ayurveda principals. Understanding beauty and the skin is part of the medical. practice that began over 4000 years ago. Ayurveda sees skin care as holistic and considers the mind, body and consciousness.
