Shirodara is a blissful 90 minute treatment that allows you to melt into a deep state of relaxation. This treatment included a partial oiling of the body and a continuous flow (dhara) of warm oil onto your 3rd eye and forehead, allowing you to sink deeply into a peaceful state of being. Shirodara is wonderful for balancing the emotions, removing stress, pacifying insomnia and stabilizing the activity of the mind. Especially helpful in combination with Abyhanga.
