Vata Tea

2 cups water
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ajwan

Boil water, add spices. boil for 2-3 minutes and then take off heat.

Sweeten  with barley malt, molasses or rock sugar.​​
Vata balancing Tea

2 quarts water
4 mint leaves
1/2 tsp. fennel
1/2 marshmallow root

Heat water. add rest of the ingredients and boil for 5 minutes. 

Add 1/2 tsp.rock sugar. Put in a thermos and drink during the day.
